UI/UX Designer- Website and Apps

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to create visually appealing and functional designs for our websites and mobile applications. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into captivating designs. Your expertise in user-centered design principles and your ability to create seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements, user needs, and business objectives.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
Develop user flows, personas, and user journey maps to enhance the overall user experience.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs, while maintaining a cohesive visual style and brand identity.
Iterate designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Conduct competitor analysis and research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Advocate for the user by applying user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the design process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging promotional materials, landing pages, and email templates.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with a portfolio showcasing your design projects.
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability testing methodologies.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with developers.
Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and interpret analytics data to inform design decisions.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
Familiarity with responsive design and mobile app design guidelines.
Knowledge of interaction design principles and experience with animation or motion design.
Understanding of front-end development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
