Responsibilities:

  • Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data records in our databases.
  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy through meticulous attention to detail.
  • Performing data verification and validation to identify and correct errors.
  • Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and achieve departmental goals.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding data management and security.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in data entry and typing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with data management software and systems (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CRM databases).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or related field is a plus.
