Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end development of our website, Android app, and iOS app projects using React.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and QA engineers to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
Create project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Coordinate and communicate project progress, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and team members.
Facilitate effective collaboration and communication between team members and stakeholders.
Conduct regular project meetings, identify and resolve issues, and provide guidance to the team.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and performant applications.
Monitor project metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports on project status and performance.
Requirements:
Strong experience as a project manager, specifically in managing React-based projects.
In-depth knowledge of React, JavaScript, and web and mobile development processes.
Proven track record of successfully managing cross-platform projects involving website, Android app, and iOS app development.
Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze and solve problems, and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
