Sr. Product Manager for Hire for your growing company.
Key Responsibilities of Our Designated Product Manager
Lifecycle Management. End-to-end management of product division including planning, forecasting, production (design, document, frontend / backend development, quality assurance), release management (including beta), customer experience and demand generation (marketing).
Market Awareness. Monitor the market to identify trends, watch for competitors and research to further develop a competitive advantage.
Documentation. If it’s not in writing – it doesn’t exist. Every process and software feature must have detailed requirement briefs, technical outline, Use Case and/or User Stories created.
Project Management. Hitting the first and last deadline is crucial. Collaborate with teams to deliver on time.
Customer Advocate. Customer success is our goal. Gain deep understand of customers on-going needs; from beta testing to post launch maturity. Gather quantitative and qualitative data from first-hand interactions with customers to prioritize maximum value creation.
Process Improvement. Drive a high-performance culture that focuses on continuous process improvement.
Training. Lead Live group and/or 1-1 webinar trainings. Provide internal Customer Support training.
Analytics. Assess and take action on all relevant product / user data.
Resource Management. Monitor and develop user and support resources such as Knowledge Base articles, Customer Support macros, Training videos.
Revenue Generation. Drive revenue through initial product launch, strategic feature release planning, user growth and retention.
Misc. In a fast growing, entrepreneurial organization everyone is expected to help when the need arises.
Experience – 5+ years experience in an agile environment as for both SaaS B2B and B2C software

English. Fluent in English including exceptional written and conversational abilities.
